According to various reports, and a publicity still, Lindsay Lohan pre-taped an interview with Jay Leno on Monday. The interview will air Tuesday (April 26) night.
Donning a slinky black silk jumpsuit, Lohan appeared on the show after her latest round of legal issues. Lohan's appearance was a late addition to the show's lineup, according to The Press Association. "Glee" actress Kristin Chenoweth was the scheduled guest, but she was bumped to accommodate Lohan.
According to reports, Lohan received a standing ovation from the audience and chatted about her legal issues, her family, lessons she's learned and her recent casting as Kim Gotti in the "Gotti: Three Generations" flick, slated to film this year.
Not many actual quotes from the interview, which was taped separately from Monday's episode, have leaked. But according to The Associated Press, Lohan described her latest sentence as "shocking," adding that she was left feeling "kind of numb" after court on Friday.
Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating her probation. The troubled actress was also ordered to complete 480 hours of community service; 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women's Center, and the remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.
Lohan's charges were reduced to a misdemeanor from felony grand theft in connection with the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store on January 22. The trial date was set for June 3 and a pretrial date for May 11. Lohan must be present at both hearings.
